Los Angeles – A motorist who recently crashed in to the historic L.A. Times building reportedly sustained injuries in the accident. The Los Angeles Times reported that the 75-year-old driver collided with another driver in the crash before running into the building located downtown LA. The crash occurred shortly after 8 a.m. near 1st and Spring Streets. The man reportedly told bystanders that he had suffered multiple strokes in the past and indicated he may have been at fault for the accident. The driver allegedly ran a red light before colliding with the other vehicle while traveling east on 1st Street, according to the person driving the car. No one inside of the second car was stated to have been hurt in the crash. According to the Los Angeles Times report, no injuries were sustained by anyone inside of the building.
