New Mexico – A New Mexico woman accused of licking food before serving it to parole and probation officers is facing battery charges. As reported by Yahoo! News, several witness say the woman, Yolanda Arguello, licked slices of cheese before putting them in sandwiches and tampered with other items while serving the food.

According to one person, Arguello said of having to serve food to the officers, “I don’t work for probation/parole. I don’t have to serve them. I will show them who is special; better than others.”

Arguello’s security clearance has been suspended by the Department of Corrections in New Mexico. She has been charged with three counts of battery on a peace officer. A roommate of Arguello’s says that the allegations made against her are untrue.
