Chicago – Business magnate Donald Trump completed day two of giving witness testimony in the Chicago trial, in which he stands accused of promising and reneging on profit sharing offers to condo investors, on Wednesday. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), Trump claimed to reporters after giving his final testimony that he was ripped off by the 87-year-old investor whose lawsuit prompted the civil trial.

According to Jacqueline Goldberg’s lawsuit, Trump withdrew a profit-sharing plan he promised after she agreed to purchase two condos at his Trump International Hotel & Tower. She is seeking unspecified damages in addition to having a $500,000 deposit returned.

Goldberg will reportedly be the last witness to testify in the trial, which began early this week.
