Dallas employment lawyer Keith Clouse of Clouse Dunn LLP has been elected to membership in the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. Fellows of the Foundation are selected for their outstanding professional achievements and their demonstrated commitment to improving the Texas justice system. Each year, just one-third of one percent of the Texas State Bar members are invited to become Fellows.

The Texas Bar Foundation is the largest charitably-funded bar foundation in the United States. It was founded in 1965 by lawyers who wanted to assist the public and improve the legal profession. The organization uses the financial contributions of its membership to fund projects throughout Texas. It awards grants to non-profit organizations that conduct programs that fit the Foundation’s mission: Legal Services for the Underserved, Education of the Third Branch of Government, Ethics and Professionalism in the Legal Profession, Administration of Justice, and Victim Services. The Texas Bar Foundation grants more than $800,000 annually, and, to date, has distributed more than $14 million to non-profit organizations in Texas.
