Los Angeles – No wounds were reportedly found on a student whose dead body was found in a hotel water tank in Los Angeles. As reported by Reuters, the body of 21-year-old Canadian student Elisa Lam showed no signs of trauma according to corner’s officials who spoke of the autopsy results on Friday.

As noted in the report, Lam disappeared from the Cecil Hotel in January under what were purported to be suspicious circumstances.

Los Angeles County Coroner’s spokesman Ed Winter is quoted in the report as stating of the results, “They didn’t find any bullet holes, they didn’t find any stab wounds to my knowledge. So then you’ve got to go to the next step.”

Further test will reportedly be conducted following the inclusive autopsy findings.
