St. Louis, MO — Rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony are facing a lawsuit filed by a female rap fan who claims she was permanently scarred when one of the rappers smacked her in the face with his microphone during a Missouri show, reported TMZ.

The plaintiff asserts that she was located near the front of the stage during a Missouri Bone Thugs-n-Harmony show in 2010, when Layzie Bone began to fling his microphone around. Layzie “lost control of the microphone, launching it into the crowd” where it hit the plaintiff in the face, the lawsuit maintains.

The plaintiff says she sustained bruises, contusions and severe lacerations to her head—leaving her with permanent scars. In addition, she asserts that she then became sick, sore, lame and disordered as a result of being hit with the microphone.

The injury lawsuit is seeking more than $25,000 from Layzie and the rap group.
