Masontown, WV — One person is dead and two others were seriously injured while camping at a weekend music festival on Sunday, July 17, 2011. A pickup lost control as it careened down a hill around 8:48 a.m. in the campground area of the All Good Festival, which is about 30 miles east of Morgantown, reported the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

According to police, a pickup truck careened 30 to 40 feet down the crowded camping area, where it hit four vehicles and three campers.

Nichole Miller, 20, of Mount Pleasant, S.C. was killed, and two other women, identified as Elizabeth Doran, 20, and Yen H. Ton, 21 and also from Mount Pleasant, were seriously injured. The injured victims were airlifted via helicopter to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown for treatment.

An accident reconstruction team reported to the scene to try and figure out how the incident occurred.

Police say another vehicle also lost control on another area of the campgrounds, hitting several vehicles. No injuries were reported.
