Medina, OH — A two-vehicle head-on collision killed two people and seriously injured another in York Township. The fatal automobile accident occurred just after 10 p.m., Thursday night, April 28, 2011 in Medina County, as reported by WOIO.

According to police officials, a red 1999 Ford Mustang was traveling westbound on CR0004, when a 2007 purple Dodge Charger drove left of the center line and slammed head-on into the Mustang.

The driver of the Mustang, David A. Smith, 22, was rushed by responding emergency crews to Medina Hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Jeffery A. Bristow, 26, the driver of the Charger, was life-flighted to Metro where he too was pronounced dead.
