West Palm Beach, FL—Police have released the identity of the 20-year-old motorcyclist who was killed in an unfortunate wreck in West Palm Beach Monday morning, October 19, 2010. Kyle Lloyd James was riding his 2005 Yamaha motorcycle when he crashed, according to updated reports by the Palm Beach Post and a previous report titled, “West Palm Beach FL Motorcycle Accident: Man Killed in Okeechobee Blvd. Wreck.”

A construction worker discovered his body and contacted police, who seem to believe the accident occurred at some point between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m.

Any witnesses or individuals with information concerning the crash have been urged to contact the West Palm Beach Police Department at (561) 822-1616. Investigations into the deadly motorcycle accident are underway.

According to data provided by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS) Encyclopedia, 5,312 motorcyclist fatalities were reported in the United States during the year 2008. Of those casualties, 556 lost their lives in accidents that occurred in the state of Florida.
