Newark, DE— A 7-year-old boy was reportedly forced into a “Port-o-John” before it was intentionally knocked over, spilling human waste all over the boy. The latest bullying case occurred in the 200 block of Scottfiend Drive at 7:45 p.m., on Sunday, October 10, 2010, as reported by WPVI-TV.

Police officials reported the victim was riding his bike with two other kids, when a 14-year-old teen approached them. The teen allegedly forced the victim into a portable toilet, before pushing the “Port-o-John” over onto its door, keeping the boy from escaping. Human waste poured all over the boy as he screamed for help, which apparently didn’t stop the teen from walking away.

The victim’s two friends, ages seven and eight, managed to free the victim, who also sustained a knee injury during the incident.

Police officials met the victim and his father, who reported an assault case. Officers then arrested the teenager at his home and charged with him unlawful imprisonment. The teen was arraigned and released to his parents on a $4,0000 unsecured bail.

The teen is under a no contact order with the victim.
