Cleveland, OH—A violent crash along Interstate 480 resulted in one fatality and left at least one other person injured Tuesday, September 14, 2010. According to information provided by Fox 8, a car somehow caused a semi-truck to careen off the highway around 3:10 p.m.

Reports indicated an unidentified 18-year-old male was driving a Chevrolet Cobalt along I-480 when he allegedly forced a ‘Tank Integrity Services’ tractor-trailer off the highway.

According to Sgt. Sammy Morris of the Cleveland Police Department, a semi-truck, which was traveling westbound, reportedly toppled down an embankment. The semi eventually crashed onto the Lee Road Exit ramp.
