Manhattan, NY—E*Trade and actress Lindsay Lohan have finally reached a settlement for the $100 million lawsuit, which the actress filed against the financial giants for a television commercial that allegedly violated her rights, as reported by TMZ.

As previously reported in, “E*Trade fights back at Lohan’s $100M lawsuit over “milkaholic” baby commercial,” Lohan filed the lawsuit after the E*Trade commercial aired which featured the E*Trade baby—a common mascot for the company. In the commercial, the E*Trade baby is talking about his portfolio, when his girlfriend asks him if he had been spending time with a “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay. Lohan, believing that the “milkaholic” baby was spoof of her and her history of troubles, subsequently filed a $100 million defamation lawsuit.

Lohan, who was originally seeking a $100 million payout settled with the financial services company under confidential terms. Lindsay’s team is reportedly “very happy” with the results of the case. Sources have released that Lindsay did get some cash from the settlement.
