Medical teams also rushed Aguilarde-Rodriguez to Baylor for treatment, but her injuries proved after arriving at the medical center. Mesquite police officials are currently trying to determine what caused Aguilarde-Rodriguez to crash into the truck. It is still too soon to determine whether drugs or alcohol were involved in the deadly crash, or if any charges will be filed.
