Downs Boulevard, also known as State Road 581, according to information provided by Tampa Bay Online.

It was reported that a southbound 2010 Cadillac sport utility vehicle (SUV), driven by 67-year-old Raul Bertran Jr., crossed the centerline into oncoming traffic for unknown reasons. A northbound 2004 Honda, driven by 20-year-old Nadine Maldonado was traveling on State Road 581, at the same time as the Cadillac, when the luxury car veered into northbound lanes.
