Minnesota SUV accident lawyers alert- A Sherburne County crash involving a minivan and a SUV left three injured.

Elk River, MN—A Sherburne County collision involving a minivan and a sport utility vehicle (SUV), left three people seriously injured. The crash happened on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 around 7:30 p.m. at Highway 169 and 273RD Avenue NW, as reported by the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota Star Tribune.

According to police officials, a minivan was turning at the Highway 169 and 273RD Avenue NW intersection, when the van was hit by a SUV traveling in the opposite direction. The intersection where the wreck took place is reportedly at the northwest corner of Lake Fremont and north of Zimmerman. The crash left a 9-year-old boy, and two others seriously injured. The driver of the van, Dawn Thielen, 41, of Zimmerman, and her son Nicholas Thielen, 9, were rushed by area emergency medical services (EMS) personnel to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale. Dawn Thielen is currently listed in serious condition, and her son is listed in critical condition. The driver of the SUV, Lloyd Bohler, 26, of Princeton, was transported by EMS crews to Fairfield Northland Medical Center in Princeton for treatment of his injuries sustained in the crash. Police officials are reportedly conducting a full investigation into the two-vehicle crash.
