Chicago Illinois motorcycle accident lawyers alert- A crash between a Harley Davidson and a Honda Element left one person dead.

Chicago, IL—A motorcycle and vehicle crash left one person dead and injured another in Kenosha County. The fatal collision happened on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 around 12:00 p.m. along County Highway JR, as reported by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

According to the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department, an Oak Creek biker was killed, and his passenger was left seriously injured in the 4400 block of County Highway JR near the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in the Town of Somers. Police officials stated, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle was traveling west on Highway JR from the Outer Loop Road, when a eastbound Honda Element make a left turn to enter a parking lot. The 32-year-old unidentified motorcyclist crashed into the turning car. The biker was pronounced dead by responding emergency medical services (EMS) crews at the scene of the wreck. The unidentified female passenger on the Harley-Davidson motorcycle was airlifted by helicopter to the Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, where she is currently listed in critical condition. The driver of the car was reportedly uninjured and submitted a voluntary blood test to check for drugs of alcohol. Police officials are conducting a full investigation into the fatal motorcycle and motor vehicle crash.
