Missouri State Highway Patrol alerts Missouri automobile accident attorneys-Four teens seriously injured in single vehicle crash.

Chillicothe, MO—Four teenagers were seriously injured in a single vehicle crash when their motor vehicle lost control, hit a tree, and flipped over. The crash happened Monday night, August 31, 2009 around 10:45 p.m., on Livingston County Road 237, as reported by the Chillicothe News.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2002 Pontiac driven by, Timothy J. McMahan, 18, of Chillicothe, was traveling northbound on Livingston County Road, when he lost control of the car. The out-of-control car drove off the west side of the road, slammed into a tree, flipped, and came to a stop in a ditch on its roof. The driver, and passengers, Cody L. Bannan, 18, of Chillicothe; Nina N. Gilgor, 19, of Breckenridge, Missouri; and Troy E. Seaman, 16, of Chillicothe, were all seriously injured in the wreck. All four teens were transported by Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services ambulance to Hendrick Medical Center in Chillicothe for treatment of their injuries sustained in the crash. Three of the teens reportedly were stabilized and were transferred to area hospitals, where they are listed in serious condition. Police officials stated, none of the teenagers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of the crash.
