Florida Department of Children and Families alert Florida lawyers- Toddler wanders from daycare facility and found near Highway 17-92.

Daytona, FL—For the second time in two weeks a toddler slipped away from a daycare facility without anyone noticing. A little girl was found on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 wandering along a busy road alone, after she slipped away from a preschool, as reported by WFTV.com.

According to Orange City police officials, a 4-year-old little girl was found by herself wandering along Blue Springs Avenue near Highway 17-92 after she was dropped of at Kidz Learn and Play daycare. The owner of the Wonder Years preschool found the frightened girl and watched her until police officials could arrive. Caregivers from the Kidz Learn and Play called 911 about 15 minutes later to report a missing child. Fortunately, the scared little girl was quickly reunited with her mother. The Florida Department of Children and Families is reportedly investigation the incident, and how the girl was able to walk away from the daycare without anyone noticing.

Last week on August 24, 2009, another toddler slipped away from a daycare facility in Delaware, as JusticeNewsFlash.com reported. Six motorists spotted Marvin Brittingham, 3, wandering along Del. 896, after the toddler was dropped off at Little Scholars Day Care. The lost boy was found nearly an eighth of a mile from the daycare. The caregivers did not know the little boy was missing until police arrived at the daycare with Marvin.
