Los Angeles, CA—The mother of international pop superstar, Katherine Jackson, is exploring the idea of filing a wrongful death lawsuit for the untimely death of her son, Michael Jackson. Katherine is reportedly considering the idea of filing the lawsuit considering the circumstances surrounding her son’s death, as reported by ArkLaTex.

Although the investigation into Michael Jackson’s death is ongoing, and no conclusions have been made to why he died or who was at fault, Katherine is contemplating on filing a lawsuit. There are several possible defendants in this case, such as Michael’s personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray. The Las Vegas cardiologist is speculated to have administered Michael powerful anesthetic medicine such as, propofol. California police officials are also reportedly looking to other doctors who may have fuel Michaels alleged addiction to anesthetics. Another possible defendant is AEG Live, the concert promoter for Jackson’s highly anticipated comeback concert series at the O2 arena in London. AEG reportedly was highly involved in the six months before the singer’s tragic death. Allegedly AEG was paying Michaels rent and hired Dr. Murray at Michael’s request before his death. The Jackson family has confirmed Michael will be buried on his 51st Birthday, which is August 29. It is speculated Katherine may sue for her son’s loss of earnings and her emotional distress she suffered as a result of his death.
