Monterey County Chevy pickup truck versus Honda Accord on Highway 101 kills four.

Monterey, CA(JusticeNewsFlash.com)–California Highway Patrol (CHP) automobile accident fatality investigators confirm an early morning South Monterey County automobile accident killed four men. As reported by the Monterey County Herald, a Honda Accord sedan with traveling with four men turned infront of a Chevy Silverado pickup truck driver on southbound Highway 101 at Major Farms Road.

The Chevy pickup truck driver was unable to avoid the car and crashed into the sedan. CHP highway accident investigators state two of the back seat passengers in the car were not wearing seat belts and were ejected in the motor vehicle collision (MVC). The driver of the Honda and his four male passengers were killed in the fatal pickup truck wreck and were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck refused treatment by Monterey County area emergency medical services (EMS) personnel at the scene. CHP closed one of the southbound lanes of Monterey County Highway 101 for over 2 hours and all lanes of traffic were reopened by 9:00 a.m.
