LeClaire tractor-trailer wreck in I-80 construction zone kills two.

Quad Cities, IA(JusticeNewsFlash.com)–Iowa State Patrol troopers confirmed the identities of two victims killed in a deadly Interstate 80 truck wreck in eastern Iowa in a construction zone. As reported by the Chicago Tribune, two Illinois residents were killed when the driver of an 18-wheeler smashed into a line of cars in the eastbound lanes of I-80 Monday night near LeClaire.

The driver of one of the rear ended automobiles was 39 year-old Diana Nessler of Milan, IL. Nessler was stopped in traffic on eastbound I-80, in a construction zone, when the tractor-trailer truck driver plowed into the back of her car. The Scott County 18-wheeler accident set off a chain reaction crashing cars into a van and another semi-trailer truck. James Daly, a 61 year-old St. Charles, IL, man was a passenger in the van. Daly also died from the fatal injuries he suffered in the Quad Cities, Iowa 18-wheeler accident.
