Dallas partying man arrested after abandoning 3 year-old stepson

Dallas man left 3 year-old in car while partying in bar for over 5 hours.

Dallas, TX (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–A 3-year-old toddler was left in the car by his stepfather Wednesday. Dallas police stated that Bryant Rivera, 22, of Dallas Texas was arrested Wednesday because he left his 3-year-old stepson in his vehicle for 5 hours while he sat inside a bar and drank. Dallas police officers found the 3-year-old toddler around 2:30 a.m., after a passing motorist called police to inform them of a child sitting in a motor vehicle alone.

Police stated when they got to the child; he was strapped in the back of the automobile still in his child restraint seat, holding a Dr Pepper drink. Authorities also reported there was a movie playing from the headrest. The police report stated that Rivera had been in the bar since 9 p.m. Tuesday. The police arrested Rivera, and returned the little boy to his mother.
