West Palm Beach, FL (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–The United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) www.fbi.gov is alerting the Senate Judicial Committee to 530 active corporate fraud investigations. The Associated Press (AP) reported on Wednesday, the U.S. financial crisis has sparked over 500 federal investigations into corporate fraud by the FBI.

Corporate fraud involving financial institutions is related to at least 38 of the FBI’s active federal fraud cases. Lawyers and American consumers across the country are seeing an overflow of securities fraud, wire fraud, corporate fraud and financial institution litigation cases since the economic fallout involving the financial meltdown of the nation’s banking institutions and Wall Street.
