Arkansas state medical board chairman car bombed!

Bomb blows up car of Arkansas State Medical Board chairman Dr. Trent Pierce

West Palm Beach, FL (–Breaking news: The Lexus SUV hybrid of Dr. Trent Pierce, chairman of the Arkansas State Medical Board, exploded in his West Memphis residential driveway early this morning. The 54 year-old family practice doctor was airlifted to Regional Medical Center in Memphis. According to the New York Times, the doctor remains in critical condition.

Local police investigators are unsure if Pierce was in his SUV or on his driveway when the bomb detonated. The explosion happened around 8 a.m. central time Wednesday. The doctor is not known to be involved in any legal disputes and does not perform abortions in his practice.

The federal Burearu of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) and the Arkansas office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have been called in to investigate the case. breaking legal news for West Palm Beach injury lawyers.
