Chicago, IL (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–Within the last week the second fatal monster truck show accident happened at the Dane County Coliseum on Saturday, January 24, 2009. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), George Eisenhart Jr., died from severe internal injuries on Saturday at the Motor Sports Monster Truck & Thrill Show. This tragic truck accident marks the second death at a monster truck event this year in America. Daniel Patrick, a monster truck driver, for over 20 years, hit Eisenhart, an event promoter, with his big blue truck.

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) www.osha.gov is investigating the fatal truck accident. Patrick is the owner of the oversized tire monster truck he was driving and Image Productions based in Chardon, Ohio. His company has been promoting and putting on monster truck shows across the country for over 15 years.

Earlier this year, on January 6, 2009, at the Monster Jam in Tacoma, Washington, 6 year-old Sebastian Hizey, was struck in the head by flying metal from a big truck. The monster truck was doing doughnuts with it’s oversized tires. The boy died from his injuries and another man in the audience suffered serious injuries requiring medical attention.
