Los Angeles, CA — A settlement has been reached in the case of an A-list celebrity “of substantial fame internationally” who allegedly knowingly infected his sexual partner with a sexually transmitted disease (STD). The case was settled for just over $5 million, reported TMZ.
As previously reported in “A-List Celebrity Sued for $20M for Knowingly Spreading Herpes,” the celebrity is a male who is worth over $100 million. The celebrity apparently lied about not having a sexually transmitted disease (STD) when he allegedly “lured” the person, who was not identified as a male or female, to his Las Vegas hotel room. They watched porn and engaged in “mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse,” the lawsuit alleged.
The lawsuit asserted that the celebrity knew they had herpes and knowingly transmitted it to the plaintiff, who claims was STD-free before the encounter.
The sexual encounter was reportedly caught on tape and is amongst a bidding war battle with several porn companies.
