Phoenix fatal semi-truck wreck kills child plus 2 adults

Arizona semi-truck driver crashes into car killing two adults and 1 year-old.
Phoenix, AZ (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–As reported by KTVK in Phoenix, Arizona, a Sunday afternoon ride for the driver of a Cadillac sedan and its passengers turned catastrophic when they were hit by a semi-truck driver. According to Phoenix Police Department officers, the semi-truck driver failed to stop at a traffic light at the intersection of 51st Avenue and Van Buren Street.
The Maricopa County truck driver T-boned the mid-sized family sedan killing the front seat passenger and a one-year old girl in the back seat upon impact. The driver and the other passenger of the Cadillac were transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center by emergency medical crews where the driver later died from his injuries. The female passenger remains in critical condition at the hospital. Preliminary reports confirm the big rig driver was not impaired, and no charges have been filed for the wrongful death of the automobile driver or his passengers by Phoenix police or district attorneys.
