Brockton van versus pedestrains crash kills 3 year-old!

Plymouth County fatal motor vehicle collision leaves 1 pedestrian boy dead.
Boston, MA (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–A 3-year-old boy was killed and his mother and siblings hospitalized after an entire family was mowed down by a van as they crossed an intersection in Brockton on Tuesday. The Boston Herald reported the child, Christopher Mitchell, was flown by rescue helicopter to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, said Plymouth Assistant District Attorney Bridget Norton Middleton. His brother, Angel Mitchell, 6, was taken to the same hospital with serious injuries, Middleton said.
The mother, Cindy Mitchell, 28, and a third child, Valentino Mitchell, 5, were taken to Signature Health Care Brockton Hospital for serious injuries. Cindy Mitchell was later transferred to Massachusetts General Hospital in serious condition, officials said. No charges have been brought against the driver of the van, Pierre R. Jeudy, 48, of Brockton.
