Lawsuit claims J and J makes cancer causing shampoo-soaps!

Lawyers filed product liability claims against Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey court.
Newark, NJ(JusticeNewsFlash.com)–Bloomberg reports product liability lawyers filed a toxic tort lawsuit, in federal court in Newark, New Jersey on May 15, 2009. The New Jersey federal court documents reveal Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble Company, and other personal care product manufacturers sold soaps and shampoos made with formaldehyde and other cancer causing chemical compounds.
Product liability attorneys allege dozens of top selling adult and children’s bath and personal care products are made with chemicals known to be carcinogenic when consumers are exposed to them. Johnson & Johnson (J&J) is a New Brunswick, N.J., based global American pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods manufacturer. Procter & Gamble, whose corporate headquarters are located in Cincinnati, Ohio, is also a Fortune 500, American corporation producing a wide range of consumer products.
