Virginia teenagers killed in crash in Texas identified

Greenville, TX – Three teenagers from Virginia who were killed in a car accident in Texas have been identified. According to an Associated Press report, the teens who died in the crash were 19-year-olds Kyle Mathers and Dale Neibaur and 18-year-old Holly Novak.

Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Kyle Bradford, said the victims were killed when a driver traveling in the wrong direction on Interstate 30 in Greenville ran into an SUV. Both vehicles were subsequently struck by a tractor-trailer.

The driver who reportedly triggered the crash, 78-year-old Kenneth Frazier, also died. The tractor-trailer driver was reportedly not injured in the accident.

According to a spokesperson for Fairfax County Public Schools in Virginia, the teenage crash victims were graduates of Herndon High School.
