California – A publisher has filed a lawsuit against Google over unpaid earnings from AdSense. As reported Marketing Land, Super Cray, a New York based web publisher claims in the lawsuit that it is owed $535,000 in AdSense revenue that was supposed to be paid in October.

Google is accused of suspending Super Cray’s account over alleged rule violations. The lawsuit also refers to allegations made by an anonymous person claiming to be a former Googler, who alleged the company commonly suspended accounts that earned a high amount of revenue prior to payouts being due.

Google has denied the allegations, which have also purportedly been in part discredited.

A class action lawsuit has reportedly been filed on behalf of publishers over claims involving unlawful AdSense account suspension and the revocation of advertising payments.
