Ohio – An Ohio parolee may wind up back in jail after making a post on social media that has been deemed disrespectful by a judge. As reported by WebProNews, 22-year-old Ryan Fye, who was granted parole in December following a conviction stemming from a fatal car wreck, may be forced to spend more time in jail over a post he made on Facebook.

In the post, Fye wrote “Prison didnt break me. It MADE me. Im free. Im a new man. Dont come at me like before. Yes im skinny and muscular now. 7 months of working out everyday. Love my real friends an fam. Shout outs to my fam behind bars. Ill see ya when youre time is near! Miss you brothers!”

Fye’s attorney has stated that his client was not trying to be disrespectful in the post. A judge has stated; however, that it may be a violation of his parole.”

A hearing has been set for January 15 to determine whether Fye’s early prison release will be reversed.
