U.S. – Three new Girl Scout cookies are debuting this selling season. As reported by WebProNews, the new varieties include two that are gluten free.

The names of the three new cookies are Toffee-tastic, Trios, and Rah-Rah Raisins. The later are described as being “made with whole grain oats, these new hearty oatmeal cookies are packed with plump raisins and Greek yogurt-flavored chunk.”

Anna Maria Chávez, CEO of Girl Scouts of the USA, is quoted as stating of cookie sales for the program, “Every year, nearly 1.5 million Girl Scouts sell about 200 million boxes of cookies—close to $800 million worth; and every year, our young cookie entrepreneurs reinvest that money into troop activities and projects that make their communities and our world a better place.”

The cookies will be made available on February 27, kicking off National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend.
