Pennsylvania – Actress and reality star Tori Spelling spoke with an unlikely source about her public marital troubles. As reported by WebProNews, Spelling sought advice from the ex-wife of Dean McDermott, whom he was married to when he and Spelling began having an affair.

The exchange between Spelling and Mary Jo Eustace, with whom McDermott shares a son, during a sneak peak of the reality show “True Tori.” It was recently revealed that McDermott also cheated on Spelling.

Spelling is quoted as stating to Eustace, “When you start a relationship with someone, you don’t know the other person they’re involved with… You have one story that’s painted for you and you made a pretty accurate portrait of him. It all became true in my own relationship. You can say I told you so.”

Eustace’s response surprised many after she expressed that she felt sorry for the couple’s four children and didn’t regard McDermott’s cheating as happy news.

She is quoted as stating on the program, “It’s actually really horrible. It’s not a great feeling… They have four children. What does it mean at the end of the day? It doesn’t make me feel any better.”

The second season of True Tori is set to premiere on Lifetime October 21.
