Delaware – Police arrested two teenagers in Delaware after a video of an attack on a mentally disabled man was posted to social media. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), authorities stated Monday that the arrests were made after the teens complained to police about purported harassment resulting from their personal contact information being shared online along with the video of the attack.

A third teen turned himself in to authorities later that day, and police were later reportedly looking for other suspects who may have been involved.

The three have each been charged with offensive touching, assault of a vulnerable adult, and conspiracy.

The 27-year-old victim in the attack suffers from Williams syndrome.
