Los Angeles – “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd have been named in a lawsuit over a bar location dispute. As reported by Reuters, the lawsuit brought forth by bar entrepreneurs Ryan Allen Carrillo and Andrew Gruver accuses the couple of knowingly leasing a property at the center of what the plaintiffs claim was a breached agreement they had with producer Elie Samaha and other defendants named in the suit.

Carrillo and Gruver allege in the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday that Samaha agreed to invest in a sports-themed gay bar and restaurant, but breached the agreement with acts such as declining to meet with a proposed investor, leading other potential investors to not get involved in the project.

Included in the list of items the plaintiffs are seeking are a temporary restraining order and injunction to block work on Vanderpump and Todd’s venue, the P.U.M.P. Lounge.
