Rochester, NY – A family is alleging that their children appeared to have hangovers following a drink mix up at a restaurant. As reported by 13WHAM news, Jeremy and Dawn DeRoo claim their three young children were given alcohol in Mimosas that were mistaken for regular orange juice when dining at Bazil restaurant for a Sunday brunch.

After the mix up a waitress reportedly gave the children milk; however, the DeRoos say they were upset because managers did not apologize for the incident. Jeremy DeRoos is quoted in the report as stating, “That’s not good enough for parents having kids, drunk and sleeping all day. It’s not fair. These little kids shouldn’t have any alcohol period.”

The DeRoos have stated they do not plan to file a lawsuit in relation to the incident, but want to make sure such an occurrence does not happen again.
