Germany – A Japanese star chef was reportedly killed after diners thought he had poorly prepared their noodle meal. As reported by The Huffington Post, Miki Nozawa, 57, died of his injuries after being attacked by two diners he had served at a restaurant in Germany. The diners were stated to have been unhappy with a dish of fried noodles, beef and vegetables they had been served.

There have been conflicting reports about the circumstances of the attack. The two men are reportedly still being questioned by authorities after being arrested and released due to a lack of evidence.

Nozawa’s former wife is quoted in the report as stating to German newspaper Sylter Rundschau, “My ex-husband was not aggressive, absolutely good-natured man…He never would have started a fight.”
