Texas college student charged in stabbing spree

Los Angeles – A Texas college student has been charged after purportedly going on a stabbing frenzy Tuesday. As reported by ABC News, 20-year-old Dylan Andrew Quick was charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after reportedly wounding 14 people in the attack that occurred at the Lone Star Community College System’s Cy-Fair campus in Cypress, Texas.

The Harris County Sherriff’s Office is quoted in the report as stating of the incident, “According to the statement the suspect voluntarily gave investigators, he has had fantasies of stabbing people to death since he was in elementary school. He also indicated that he has been planning this incident for some time.”

The circumstances of the attack are still under investigation.
