Los Angeles – Actress Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to a 90-day stay in rehab as part of a plea agreement stemming from a car crash last year. As reported by Reuters, the actress was sentenced Monday avoiding jail time, but will be required to stay in a locked rehab as well as participate in 30 hours of community service as part of the deal.

In addition to rehab and community service, Lohan will reportedly also required to undergo 18 months of psychotherapy and be on probation for two years.

Lohan, 26, pleaded no contest to charges of lying to police when she claimed she was not driving when accident occurred in June.

Mark Heller, is quoted in the report as stating of the deal reached, “I’m very, very satisfied with the results today … I think that the prosecutors treated her fairly. I’m very confident that you won’t be seeing Lindsay Lohan in any criminal courts any time in the future.”
