Los Angeles – The fiancé of actress Halle Berry reportedly got into a Thanksgiving scuffle with her former boyfriend at her home. As reported by the Associated Press (AP) Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubry, who is also the father of her daughter, Nahla, and her fiancé, actor Olivier Martinez got into the altercation on Thanksgiving, which led to Aubry’s arrest for investigation of battery.

According to the report, Aubry was taken to a hospital after being injured in the altercation.

Berry and Aubry were previously involved in a custody dispute following their split.

Aubry was released on $20,000 bail in connection with the recent incident, and has a scheduled court appearance on Dec. 13.
