Philadelphia – A strip club worker is being sued by a patron who claims he was injured by her during a lap dance. As reported by Philly.com, the lawsuit filed in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court on behalf of Patrick Gallagher alleges he suffered a ruptured bladder during a visit to the Penthouse Club in Port Richmond in 2010.

The incident reportedly occurred when Gallagher’s friends purchased a package for him in celebration of his impending wedding that included an invitation on stage. He claims that a dancer injured him after sliding down a pole, causing nerve damage in addition to a ruptured bladder.

The lawsuit, which is accusing the strip club of negligence, is seeking $50,000 in damages.
