‘iCarly’ Star Miranda Cosgrove Suffers Broken Ankle in Tour Bus Accident

Vandalia, IL — Singer and “iCarly” star Miranda Cosgrove’s tour bus was involved in a collision with a tractor-trailer Thursday morning, August 11, 2011, leaving the starlet with a broken ankle. The tour bus accident occurred on I-70, just outside of Vandalia, reported Fox News.
Cosgrove’s rep stated that “there were 5 passengers on the bus, and Miranda suffered a broken ankle. At this time, we are told everyone will be fine.”
Local reports indicated that the tractor-trailer was already overturned when the bus slammed into part of the truck, which was blocking one of the lanes of traffic.
Details surrounding the tour bus accident are limited at this time.
The tour bus accident has forced Cosgrove to postpone her “Dancing Crazy Tour” until further notice. Her rep also stated that “Miranda thanks everyone for their understanding and support.”
