“Sex and The City 2” love interest, Max Ryan, involved in a motorcycle head-on collision in Los Angeles.

Los Angeles, CA—British actor, Max Ryan, was involved in a head-on collision while on his motorcycle in Los Angeles. Ryan is currently stable after the Monday, March 8, 2010 wreck, as reported by Access Hollywood.

Max Ryan, who is playing Samantha Jones’ love interest in the upcoming movie, “Sex and The City 2,” was injured after a car made a turn in front of the actor while he was riding his motorcycle. Ryan was subsequently pinned underneath car. Emergency responders rushed to the scene transport Ryan to an area hospital for treatment of his injuries. Ryan reportedly sustained five broken ribs and cracked his collarbone in the collision. Police officials are still investigating the motor vehicle collision (MVC). It has not been released if the driver who struck Ryan will be cited for the collision, or if the driver was injured. Ryan reportedly applauded the emergency services who rushed to the scene of his crash for their prompt response. Ryan’s representative stated hat the collision and hospitalization shouldn’t hinder Ryan from attending any upcoming “Sex and the City 2” appearances.

Ryan has also starred in films such as, “Death Race,” “The Box” and “The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.”
