The driver of the Chevrolet SUV was allegedly in the passing lane, heading north on I-95 around 3:16 p.m., when he began to leave the roadway for unknown reasons. The Chevrolet veered across the left shoulder of the interstate after leaving the main road and over-corrected back into I-95 northbound lanes.
