Cleveland, OH—A car repo company took off with a car they were repossessing with a sleeping 4-year-old in the backseat and drug the boy’s mother about 30 houses behind the car. The Keeping it Moving car dealership repossessed the car on Monday, September 21, 2009, as reported by WOIO.
