Broward County SUV rollover kills teacher-critically injures 7 students!

South Florida school trip to Universal Studios turns deadly in fatal SUV rollover.
Ft. Lauderdale, FL(JusticeNewsFlash.com)–Florida Highway Patrol(FHP) continues to investigate a fatal SUV rollover collision which happened on the Florida Turnpike, early Sunday morning. As reported by the Sun-Sentinel, a Chevy Suburban, traveling with a teacher and seven students, from South Florida Christian Preparatory Academy, crashed at the Coconut Creek Parkway southbound, exit ramp, on the Turnpike, killing the teacher, 27 year-old Gerald Jerome Oliphant and critically injuring seven students.
The Oakland Park private Christian school teacher took 7 students on a class trip to Universal Studios in Orlando. The driver of the Chevy Suburban, at the time of the accident, was 18 year-old Livingston James Finley of Fort Lauderdale. According to FHP motor vehicle collision (MVC) investigators, the driver lost control of the SUV when he fell asleep at the wheel. The driver was transported to North Broward Medical Center and remains in critical condition. Five of the passengers were ejected from the SUV in the one-vehicle automobile accident and remain in critical condition also. The teacher was transported by emergency medical personnel to North Broward Medical Center where he was pronounced dead by doctors.
