Minot small aircraft passenger dies in plane crash-pilot airlifted to hospital.
Minot, ND(JusticeNewsFlash.com)–Minot area law enforcement officials confirmed a small plane crash on Sunday at about 6 p.m. As reported by KXMC-TV in Minot, a pilot flying a light plane crashed killing a 47 year-old unidentified man from Minot.
Minot Police Department officers stated the 43 year-old pilot, from Esmond, was airlifted by emergency medical helicopter to Trinity Hospital in Minot for treatment of his critical injuries. The four-engine Champ airplane crashed approximately 8 miles northeast of Minot. The names of the critically injured pilot and his dead passenger were not released. Aviation accident detectives continue to investigate the fatal North Dakota plane crash.
