Twin Falls Performance Plus Idaho 10,000 gallon tank spill leads to lawsuit.
Twin Falls, ID (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–As reported by KIVITV abc news affiliate in Idaho, a lawsuit was filed Idaho’s 5th District Court seeking damages caused by a Performance Plus molasses-based cattle feed tank spill in January 2009. Business litigation lawyers, for the injured plaintiffs claim, when the 10,000 gallons of molasses feed spilled out of the tank it spread to the auto repair business next door causing serious property damage.
The owners of John’s Auto Repair, in Twin Falls, filed the business legal action seeking $81,000 in damages caused by the sticky mess. Apparently, the molasses coated 14 motor vehicles tires and caused a destructive mess. Attorneys allege Performance Plus was negligent when they failed to properly store and transfer the molasses-based cattle feed.
