Breaking News: The Federal Aviation Administration reported that another medical helicopter crashed and killed the four passengers while en route from Valley West Community Hospital in Aurora, Illinois to the Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Word from the Associated Press is that one of the fatalities was a 13-month-old baby girl. Operated by Air Angels Inc., the helicopter was used as an emergency medical transport service based at Clow Airport in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Aurora fire officials told reporters the Bell-222 helicopter may have clipped a guy wire attached to a radio station tower. Currently, the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the crash.
